I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim.

The location is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet and staff are very good. Once upon a time a very nice hotel. Today though worn down over years. Particularly bathroom sink pulling from wall. Particleboard sink, baseboard crumbling. Bath fixtures old, tarnished and loose. The exterior of my room/corridor was both dark and deteriorating. Although they were repairing the concrete staircase there was flaking paint everywhere. Including the terraces of the room. Again a very nice hotel in need of attention. I would recommend this hotel but make it clear that the star assigned are misaligned.

Canadian here. My wife (American) and I went to this resort on the last leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub and ocean view. Despite the poor first impression, we had an excellent time! Facts: -The food was consistently outstanding at the buffet. They had a different meal theme each night we were there. -Next to the resort is a free natural swimming pool that is iconic in beauty and fun. The pool is shallow enough to walk in & be warm, and the ocean waves crash into & over the pool making for magical pictures. It's about 5 min from the resort (you can see it from the resort). It's NOT something for people who cannot walk well. This was our favorite part! (Piscina Natural Acantilado de Los Gigantes on Google) -About a 20 min walk south is Playa de la Arena. A black sand beach that is also beautiful. -The pier is a 20 min walk north, where you can rent jet skis (recommended but extra €) at Los Gigantes Blue or catch a boat tour. -All around the resort are good restaurants, and there is a corner store next to the resort too! -3 pools; all are very nice. -Spa seemed meh, but cheapish. -Tennis costs €5 for 1 hr with a €20 cash deposit. -Extra towels are €2. -The on-resort night performances were mid during our stay, and the activities were lackluster. Enjoyable, but not exceptional. -As a Canadian / American, getting here can be difficult; mostly the other guests were Europeans. -People all understood English, or found someone who did.

Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend.
