"I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu. The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. Look forward to retuning one day."

"This is a lovely property in the west end - quiet street large rooms - lots of old world charms with stain glass windows and dark leather couches- the place is filled with slow moving we’re rich folks on vacation many with all their well trained pure breed doggies. There’s really only one restaurant bar near by 1051 GWR - 5 minute walk - other than that you’re a 15 plus minute walk or a cab ride to other options. I would avoid the breakfast in the hotel - absurdly over priced - I made that...
