"This a village pub with a series of rooms in a separate building at the back, the rooms are cosy, well appointed and have modern bathrooms

"Very comfortable room & bed.
Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room.
Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside."
"Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, quiet. Convenient for the railway station, but also cheap car park nearby(£5 for 24 hours). Plus, breakfast and supper are avaiable within the hotel. "
