"We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%"

"The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. Overall this is a gem of a place to stay and we will definitely be back."

"Very comfortable studio, clean and well furnished for self-catering and within walking distance of the town center. The weather being what it is right now made it very hot and stuffy, but a little electric fan is provided and it helped a little bit. Will surely recommend for short-medium visits."

"At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for."

"There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

"I had to call the company to check in. The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking. "
