Welcoming, bright and cosy holiday penthouse entire apartment of 80m2 in the friendly Gràcia district with its squares, trendy bars and restaurants. Very close to the first house designed by Gaudí, Casa Vicens! One double bedroom, one single bedroom and sofa bed, comfortable fully equipped kitchen. Sun all day! We provide sheets, towels and beach towels, highchair, cot, bathtub for babies! You can have free access to the apartment with the smart door lock. Dogs are welcome! It is mandatory for all guests to identify themselves and register their arrival with the local authorities before check-in. To facilitate the process, we will provide a very simple registration link. The apartment was as listed, clean, with all the needed amenities. It is well located, near a subway station and close to the city center that you can walk to everywhere. Super appartement avec terrasse très bien placé

Nous avons passé un trop court séjour à Barcelone. L appartement et notamment sa terrasse sont parfait pour profiter de la ville. Eleonora est une hôte arrangeante, elle a été à la recherche de solutions pour nous aider quand nous avons rencontré des difficultés à cause des test anti covid à faire ! Merci Eleonora

Muy bonito departamento, ordenado y limpio. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. Eleonora muy atenta y preocupada por darte todas las facilidades, muy recomendable. La terraza le hacía falta un poquito de limpieza, pero por lo demás, sin problema.

Good Experience

Great location for the subway and the park. Having the terrace was very pleasant. Space of the apartment was sufficient for my husband and I. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did move the furniture around a bit (very easy to move) so we could have the dinning table looking outside instead of the wall. Eleanor was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.
