"We had made a special request to have an east or south facing room and on a higher floor because we paid for the premium room which are on floors 7 to 9. We ended up being offered a room facing west on the eighth floor. It turned out to be quite difficult to get another room, but they ended up giving us one on the seventh floor facing south, which was good. We did feel like a second class citizen because we had gone through Expedia. They explained that they no longer offer another beverage to each person in the room, and they made a point of saying they are still honouring the free parking, but it felt like it was going to be ending soon."
