We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. The buffet had plenty of choices. Most staff were super friendly. I would have liked a hot tub but the pool was heated so we could enjoy it.

New building, nice and spacious rooms, where you can open a window to get some fresh air. The hotel serves quite good breakfast. I would give this place 10/10 if they had better cleaned the walls in my room after some other guests - not a major issue but a sign that staff does not pay enough attention to important details. 9/10.

Outstanding

I was there recovering from surgery at Stanford. The check in was terrific, she updated our room to be closer to the elevator without being asked. The room and staff were great, especially the breakfast staff who were incredibly helpful to my wife. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will stay there again whenever I am in town.

Great hotel!

I’m glad we stayed here. Our room was clean, nice kitchenette and it was spacious. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit family. It was expensive but reasonably priced considering the area is very expensive. The breakfast was excellent and kept stocked and the area cleaned. Some criticisms: 1) please put trash cans in the toilet/shower room. You don’t want women flushing feminine hygiene products right? 2) since covid many hotels no longer offer daily housekeeping without it being requested and this hotel is no exception BUT if you’re not gonna empty trash everyday, please line them with disposable liners so that we can easily carry it out on our way out every day. I get that hotels want to be environment friendly but visitors don’t want trash building up in their rooms. 3) the conditioner in the shower was nearly empty. Shouldn’t those be refilled every time the room gets cleaned? 4) Hooks! If there’s nowhere to hang up wet towels (we had three people in our room), then we’ll need more clean towels. If there are more hooks (people with long hair usually need two towels each), we won’t need additional towels.

Great staff, beautiful property with wonderful breakfast each morning. We even enjoyed an evening of wine, beer on tap and tapenades, which was an unexpected perk!
