You would be one in a thousand with your negative comment. There is plenty of room in the cabins. We do actually hire towels out for guests. As for the noise im not sure what you are talking about.We are not a motel, we are a camping ground.

Hi Guys, We loved having you here! It was great to have a yarn in the camp & round the corner at the local. The pub is great. We love our animals and enjoy that guests enjoy them too. Good luck for your new ventures.

The cabins have ample room for a comfortable stay. You do pay a higher price when booking through a sales channel. We are a camp ground, not a motel. It is not economical for us to provide milk. Most people do not have a cuppa. If heading to a camp one normally has their own supplies. We are more than happy to provide extras on request. There are sachets on the office counter for people to take. The spiders work way faster than me, so hard to keep up with them.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Yes when the kitchen is busy, bench space may be limited. That's the joy of camping and fitting in with everyone else.

Isn't anonymous a wonderful name, except that you complained from the minuted you arrived. We allowed you to change cabins because the bed was too new. Really, and at no charge. On repeated occasions after that, I asked you if everything was okay, your answer was that the 2nd bed was great. Not once did you tell us that the heater didn't work in the kitchen, turning on a switch is all it needed. The lights are on sensors which last 20 minutes, this is to stop people having hour long showers as we are on a restricted water supply.. At least the showers are great. We are a small Motor Camp with 90% great reviews and most people appreciate value for money. We make no secret that you have to use communal facilities. Perhaps next time you need to pay for a motel. Somehow I think that you would find fault with that too. Safe travels back to the USA in August.

Thank you Anon, it is very easy to put in an anonymous review. We cannot control what other guests say to you and none of our Hosts, one of which is myself would have been rude unless you were rude in the first place. As for the Wifi, it is the fastest fibre you can get in NZ. If you are going to put in a bad review please be honest. Most of our travelers rate our Wifi as one of the best that they have had in NZ. You had unlimited excellent Wifi from the time you arrived until 8.30 in the morning. Safe travels

Thank you Yahsien, WiFi is turned off at 8.30am so that people will check out by 10am, which you struggled to do, leaving at 10.45am. That is why the WiFi is turned off. Unfortunately the hairdryer was stolen so we no longer supply one. Safe travels.
