"Came to Damascus to do the VA Creeper Trail. This cabin is only a few miles from downtown Damascus so it was super convenient. Just a touch off the beaten path and it was perfect! Nice open living room with high ceilings, pullout couch, cute bedroom downstairs, loft with 2 twin beds upstairs. Balcony off the back is perfect for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We will definitely be staying here again! Owners are very responsive and checkin/out was a breeze!"

"We were so happy with our stay at the Driftwood Lodge. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some personal space. My kids (12 & 16) enjoyed playing ping pong and air hockey downstairs. We were also able to enjoy the canoe! It is a nice neighborhood for walking in the evenings with beautiful views of the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope to visit again!"

"The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience."

"We came to Virginia from Michigan for our friend to visit with family she hadn’t seen in 12 years they live on Vetrans hwy. this was about as close as we could get a rental. It was wonderful. Had every amenity. Very clean. Well decorated and not broken down like some rentals. Hot tub was lovely. We fished and cooked breakfast but didn’t have enough time to do everything the lodge had to offer. You could easily stay for one or two weeks and stay busy! Our only suggestion would be to provide oil...

"This property is beautiful. Nestled next to a mountain stream, you can hear it burbling as you sit on the porch relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and well equipped. Neighbors are quiet and didnt mind our karaoke singing. Will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future."
