Front desk staff were kind and friendly. Room left a lot to be desired. Bathtub was rusted and patched. Sheets kept coming off the bed, blanket was stained. Curtains were stained and falling from the hooks. Won’t be staying there again. When we told the front desk about the tub there was no concern at all.

The shower was unusable. It looked like it was stained with blood or vomit. Cobwebs in the room. The only thing nice were the clean sheets. Night staff were friendly. Will not stay there again.

We were delayed at check-in due to a computer malfunction. The front desk clerk was apologetic and friendly. The person staffing the breakfast was friendly also. Upon entering our hotel room, it appeared clean. However, once we checked the room we found the following concerns: empty candy rappers tucked between the mattress and headboard of one of the beds; the carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed; the bedspread cover was dirty, and had stains on it; the bathroom bar soap-rest in the shower had black electrical tape beneath it, appearing to hold the bottom of it to the shower wall; black electrical tape was used to cover what appeared to be a crack in the shower wall insert; the shower drain plug had been removed, and was found resting on the side of the tub; dirty handprints were obviously visible on the walls of the shower insert; the shampoo dispenser attached to the shower wall was completely empty; the bathroom floor had unknown debris and hair still stuck to the floor. After getting our luggage into our room, we used the stairwell to enter and exit our room. The stairwell had spilled, dried paint on the carpet that had splattered onto the walls; dried animal feces was on the carpet going up the stairs

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful at check in. The cleanliness of the room itself was OK but the bathroom was awful. I had to clean the tub and toilet myself because there was pubic hair clumped in the tub and in several places in the shower area and on the tiles as well as on the toilet seat. There was no lid to the toilet, which was odd, but whatever and the sink still had spit and grime in it from the previous guests. I realized I had a dirty towel only after I had already started drying myself. I feel like the bathroom was completely neglected during the previous clean, which made me uncomfortable even getting into the bed to be honest. Thankfully, the bed seemed clean and honestly, I was too tired to complain or even say anything at that point.
