"We stayed at 1 The Maltings on Saturday 16th August - a group of 3 of us who were working at the nearby Mid-Somerset Show. We arrived at 1700hrs - the earliest check in time and realised we did not have any email from the property with a key code. On trying the number for the owner, it simply rang out, no message facility. Over 45 minutes later we managed to get the code from a very helpful Hotels.com customer service person. The email with the code was sent at 22:30hrs that night - not very...
