"This motel was super nice & clean. It was very quiet at night as was off the main drag. The staff were absolutely lovely & accommodating. The room was very spacious, all the kitchen items were pristine & fresh looking. New carpet and the beds were all comfortable with really nice linen & duvets on. The shower had excellent pressure. The views were amazing from our unit as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. We are so glad we booked! There is so much to do in the town centre & lots of amazing eateries as well."

"Room, bathroom and sheets were clean. No kitchen. Patch of black mold on ceiling was concerning - did not spot this until we went to bed. And window latch in bathroom broken - ground floor room so easy for anyone to break in. Arrived at hotel to overgrown grass at front of property. Restaurant and bar not operating but had cable passed out window to a table where a microwave and toaster were available - ridiculous!! No one at reception when we left to share our concerns with. Expensive and disappointing."

"What's not made clear is that the rooms here are next to a campervan park which is part of their complex. Therefore you hear van doors shutting all the time which is disruptive. Noise travels between the walls a bit too. Other than that the room is spacious, clean and comfy with everything you need in terms of amenities. In short, great room, bad setting. "

"Easy parking right outside apartment. In a good location in Fox Glacier, within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. View of snow capped mountains from the front of unit and selection of eateries within walking distance. Quieter than Franz Josef but good for that reason! "

"Sorry to leave a review like this but truly this place needs an update. Very uncomfortable, couch slipcovers that are saggy and don’t fit, old mattresses, generally felt unclean. "

"Booked based on photos of hotel with chilled bar area. Very surprised to find they do not open the bar area outside of restaurant hours. At 8.45 pm wanting a nightcap they told us to go to a local bar. May as well have stayed in one of the local motels or airbnb. Basically an expensive motel with a restaurant."
