"The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Gent and so convenient. My room was one an extra large room, pristine and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The facilities are beautiful. The breakfast in the castle setting very good and the terrace for drinks superb. The pool I had to myself as soon as we arrived at around 7:30 pm. At nine it was too crowded."
