The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. Usually electric kettle and tea making facilities are there in most of the budget hotels in Europe. Location is excellent and closer to the places of interest in Ghent. "This was a nice hotel in the center of Ghent. Everything in the area was walkable (restaurants, attractions, convenience, etc.). I loved Ghent. My trip was during August so it was the high season for tourists. I would love to come back at a less busy time. The hotel was fine (clean, safe, etc.).
