"Luxury Room - 10/10. Great size. Lovely and clean with fresh decor. Incredibly quiet. Bathroom - 10/10. Huge, clean bathroom. Great shower. Great towels. Bed - 10/10. Lovely bed. Wonderful night’s sleep. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Pool - N/a. Didn’t use. Gym - N/a. Didn’t use. Spa - N/a. Didn’t use. Breakfast - 10/10. Absolutely amazing. Lovely variety and all of great quality. Staff - 10/10. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel - 10/10. Great location, easy walking distance to the main square. This is a truly lovely hotel. Easily one of the best we’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend."

"Staff were great, room was very comfortable, breakfast was outstanding, location was great. 5 minute walk from train station and easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping, as well as museums. "

"Our room was VERY clean! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent! I do want to give a VERY special thanks to our front desk friend Ilayda. I lost my passport and wallet and she was so kind and VERY helpful in listening and guiding me on what I can do. Also recommended a wonderful coffee shop down the street! She was absolutely fantastic and an asset to the hotel!"

"Great place. Easy parking and easy access from main highway. Did not have breakfast but room wonderful. 2 x double bed in a suite for a family of 4. Each side of the suite has a double bed facing a large TV. Microwave, sink and kettle really helped. Lovely big bathroom. All round really nice place. We drove to P+R Lederburg and took number 1 or number 3 tram into the centre. About 6 stops. Would stay again. "

"Really nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. The room was stunning and had a fabulous view of Ghent and was very clean. Highly recommended. Superb location for the city centre and restaurants. Beware: if you are driving you need to pre-register your car with Ghent city for clean air emissions. It is free to register but you will get fined 150 euros if you don't do it within 24 hours of arrival. We found it easy to do if you have the full information on your car (contained on your v5c, or I managed to do with the help of dvlc website, checking MOT info and a google search for the rest. You need to check out let.gent."
