"i failed to notice the property did not have air conditioning. The property vented well but many if not most windows lacked screens. The bathroom sinks leaked and were not usable. The property had fans to cool it down but none of the 4 fans were operational. The washer / dryer were the biggest reason we rented the property. But the washer and dryer were located in a common area outside of another apartment. This should be disclosed as it impacts the usability of the space. "

"Wohnung war toll. Sehr neu, großzügig geschnitten und gut eingerichtet. Der phantastische Ausblick von den Balkonen macht die negativ Punkte Hellhörigkeit und laute Türen wieder wett. Zutritt nur übers Handy hat prima funktioniert. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit 2 erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (52 Jahre) dort. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr für die Kinder erhofft. "
