"Very tastefully designed little apartment, which much bigger than we expected. The shower in the bedroom is unusual but a much enjoyed treat. The location is great, since the apartment is within walking distance to a whole host of tourist attractions and restaurants and bars of all types. The host is super friendly and the experience leaves nothing to wish for. I’d come back anytime and can really recommend it. "

In the appartement itself there was no functioning lamp in the upper room, no warderobe (because it was completely demaged) and only one functioning power outlet. The apartment has no WiFi and the TV‘s power cable was too short to reach to the power outlet. The second person has to be an acrobat to come into the bed, because it's so near at the sloping...

"I really enjoyed our three nights at Getaway. First, it was easy to get to from Gint Saint Peters and also from Gent Dampoort train stations. It was really quiet our whole stay and the kitchenette was helpful. The place is really close to downtown and we got a lot of walking in to all the sites in Ghent. There isn't AC but we didn't really notice there is a fan that we used and the room did not get any direct sun. lastly, the lockers were helpful because we arrived before our check in time and we didn't waste any time seeing Ghent. I would stay here again without question."
