"The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."

"The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. "

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Your warmth and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back, and I will continue recommending this hotel to everyone I know. "We are longtime visitors to this hotel due to its location and easy access fo the airport. We never had an issue before but our last issue was one for the history books. We paid for one room and extended our stay through Expedia selecting the option to pay when we get to the hotel. The check in counter helped us to keep our room and everything started normally. Then came the strange thing. The supervisor called my husband abroad to tell him we did not pay and settle the payment and let me know. I was in my room for four hours and never stopped by. Later he demanded we pay and even came in our room without our permission to make sure we were legitimate. Then the final straw. They locked us out of our room!! This while I was with my daughter and having my own personal issues to deal with. After I erupted at them for this behavior they wanted to make it right in all fairness by offering me a token discount but I declined. I never want to come back here after this experience. Make sure you prepay because unlike many hotels that treat you with respect and understand you will pay when you leave as an option this one does neither. It isn’t an option for payment OF respect. This wa before an international trip when I needed to rest on my leg of the journey. Shame on you Le Meridian and Marriot by extension."
