Friendly staff, but room didn’t feel very clean. Floors were dirty, there was a leak from the airconditioning vent. There was hair and mould in the bathroom. Not worth it for the price.

Fabulous in so many ways! Location, location, location! Very walkable area day and night and quite peaceful and full of trees. The staff were all magnificent from the manager to our cleaning lady, Mena! I have never experienced this level of care and I travel a lot. The rooms were immaculate and our view of the Nile was a bonus. The a/c worked well and the bedding and mattresses were luxurious. Lastly but by no means least, the food. Mouthwatering pastries and the best coffee. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We also ate in the restaurant and my burger was divine. To sum this experience up, I was truly sad to leave and will have to return soon. Truly one of the most positive experiences I have ever had and I do believe this gem of an hotel is underrated!!!

The location is unbeatable. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are well maintained. The breakfast is very good. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service most of our stay.

This was a great place to land in a quiet area of Cairo to get some rest before my adventure began. The neighborhood is very charming, and the staff was excellent - very welcoming. I would stay here again.

Hotel location was ideal for our trips. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels. If ever back in Cairo would consider staying there again. I would recommend they consider some of the charges, appreciate they are a business and need to make money but also need to look after their customers. For example a taxi to the airport was equivelent to £26, compared to Uber at £5 Otherwise very pleasant safe stay

The lobby is clean and tidy but after that the hotel is in need of a very deep clean. Hallway carpets, walls, room floors and bathrooms are all very dirty. The staff were polite and chatty, no issues there.
