Top notch hotel with very accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful bar. We asked for a balcony and got one of the few. My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo.

what can I say? This hotel is beautiful, amazing, and very comfortable bed. The only gripe I have is there are no plugs in the bathroom and for a lady like me that needs to blow dry her hair. I had to use the plug next to the bed with no mirror. Otherwise, this is an amazing and beautiful hotel.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Its location close to the airport was important to us. Overall the hotel had a very peaceful and elegant vibe. Room and bath were extremely well appointed, large and the linens were above expectations. The staff was very helpful (shout out to Sayed) and friendly. Dinner in BarRaa was perfect. Overall, we'd rate Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis as one not to miss.
