"The beds were not comfy. Very hard. The hot tub jets were weak. Staff was wonderful. Very clean. It was very hot in hallways and elevator though. "

"Light fixtures misses on ceiling fan in living room, light over dinning table hanging so low it was hard to sit at the table without bumping your head, no broom to sweep floor, ac did not work well and was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The water area is not included in price and you have to buy tickets. Security was excellent as well as the check in process."

"Beds were comfortable. The room was a little worn in some areas and smelled of woodsmoke from the fireplace, but it was clean, and the bathroom appeared recently renovated. The balcony overlooking the creek was lovely, though the chairs needed a pillow to be tolerable. Breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. And the free trolley stops right in front of the hotel. "
