Cozy New Listing! 1-bedroom condo, in charming downtown Gatlinburg! Remodeled!!!

This terrific condo in Gatlinburg offers a cozy bedroom with a king bed and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. Just finished remodeling the entire condo! Bear Bottoms comfortably sleeps 4 people. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, free parking, 2 elevators, outdoor seasonal pool, indoor heated pool ( open year round) and a fireplace that you can snuggle up to after a day of hiking, shopping, fishing, or exploring during their stay. All linens are provided. Please bring some pool towels for use at the pools.
There is a washer and dryer as well as an ice machine on the same floor for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with a 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , blender, toaster, coffee pot as well as a keurig. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, and most anything you’ll need during your stay.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool while watching the Ober gondola float above the trees.
With a convenient location just steps away from shopping, dining, and all the attractions.
There is fun for the whole family at Ripley‘s believe it or not, Ripleys aquarium, Gatlinburg mountain coaster, Ankeesta, Hillbilly golf, Gatlinburg scenic overlook, Hollywood star cars museum, space needle, Dolly Parton stampede, comedy barn theater, And so much more!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time in the park, but Bears Bottom was a welcome and comfortable home base. We would rather cook most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Loved our stay! Was very clean and homey. We had a cool night so we were able to use the fireplace cuddled on the couch. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants or even one of the trails. Very beautiful and peaceful place.

Wonderful & Relaxing Weekend

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Bear Bottoms! It was very clean, beautifully renovated, and had awesome lighting in all the rooms! It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We have been staying at Oak Square Condominiums for many years. Bear Bottoms is now our very favorite condo. We will be back!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

We came for Christmas and was blown away with how cute the place was! It's just the right amount of space for 2 people! The decor and linens were amazing! The bed is very firm but comfy! The shower has hot water and great water pressure. Lots of storage! Over equipped kitchen! Walking distance to every thing on the Main Street! Will definitely rebook! The host is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. We loved this spot!!

It was easy to find and very clean. Nice place to stay and located perfect for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Right by Smoky Mountain National Park. Plenty to do in every direction.
