Cascading Creek/ Gatehouse Condos/ 2 Bedr./ 6th Floor

Location, Location, cascading creek and view of mountain. Relax to the sounds of the Roaring Fork Creek. Condo is located on the end of building and features a large wrap around covered balcony (9' X 25') . Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with your view of the mountain and sounds of the creek. You may even enjoy wading in the creek and the creek is a great place to take pictures. The landscape out to the creek is fairly level and the creek is easy to get to.

Large condo (1,400 sq.ft. plus) will give you the feeling of home. Large kitchen with breakfast nook and view. Granite counter tops, lots of cherry cabinets and smooth top cooking stove. If you decide to eat in, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy cooking in this kitchen.

Dining area has table for 4, kitchen counter bar seats 2 and breakfast nook table seats 4.

Living room sofa makes a bed in addition to the king beds in each bedroom. TV is 42". Beautiful wetbar with mirror background. Enjoy the cool evenings by the cozy gas fireplace.

Both bedrooms have king beds. Master bath has a Jacuzzi. Open the windows in the master bedroom and fall asleep to the sounds of the creek.

Location
Our condo is located on highway 321 a little less than a mile from main street Gatlinburg. This highway has the only grocery store in Gatlinburg on it, as well as McDonald's, Subway, several restaurants, several pizza places and 2 pancake houses. Whether you eat out or in, everyone needs to run to the grocery store occasionally and this is very convenient to have the grocery store 1.5 miles from the condo on hwy 321. When coming into Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge, you will turn at traffic light # 3 which is highway 321. Go a little less than a mile and the Gatehouse is on the right.

Great place!

This condo was everywhere it was made out to be. I had internet problems so I didnt get the check in information and the owner was so amazing about responding to text messages so we could still get into the condo. The property itself was super clean. We used the pool everyday and that was also very clean. Location was perfect as well! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was even better than indicated. We went to Gatlinburg for a 3 day concert, the proximity to the convention center was just 2 miles. The close location allowed us to zip through the backroads, to and from the convention center, in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The property is easy to find always clean I have stayed in 3 different condos in the last 3 years there and loved everyone that I stayed in ! It close to everything to do and shopping is like 10 minutes away . Would recommend these condos to everyone looking for a nice place to stay .

This condo was even better than described! It was in the perfect location, not too close but not too far from the downtown strip. It was very clean and all of the intructions were easy to follow. Martha was so easy to communicate with! I will definately stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is very large and roomy, it was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need! The creek out on the back balcony was a favorite because you could hear it when the patio door was open and it was so relaxing 😌 We hope to stay there again next year!

Absolute Charm

Love this location! In Gatlinburg and so close to everything yet still away from the constant hustle and bustle. Great property and owner was so sweet. Communication was superb. Definitely interested in returning to this location as G-burg is like a 2nd home to my family. The oversize balcony was EVERYTHING! Not only can you watch the sun rise over the mountains but you can look towards downtown and watch the sun line get closer as the sun came up!

This is a great condo. Good location, beautiful view. And we absolutely loved the sound of the creek from the balcony. I wish I was back there sipping another cup of coffee right now!
