"Wir konnten einen wunderbar angenehmen Aufenthalt in Sara‘s Haus genießen. Die Wohnsiedlung ist ruhig, man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick auf den Berg Ifach. Viel Platz zum sitzen bietet die Terrasse mit einem Blick auf den Pool. Hat man kleine Kinder dabei, können die entspannt rumlaufen, da der Pool durch einen Zaun abgesperrt werden kann. Auch im Haus kann man sich super aufhalten, wenn es mal zu heiß wird. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Auch wenn man mal ein Anliegen hatte,...

"Wij verbleven in dit pand in de maanden januari en februari 2025. Het pand verkeert zowel binnen als buiten in een aftandse staat. De advertentie laat een pand zien dat er verbluffend uitziet. De werkelijkheid is echter totaal anders. We schrokken ons rot. Als we dit geweten hadden, dan waren we nooit hier naartoe gegaan. Zowel binnen als buiten is het ondehoud zwaar achterstallig. "Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette villa au cœur d’un quartier calme avec son jardin verdoyant et fleuri. Cependant notre séjour a connu quelques désagréments essentiellement dûs à un défaut de maintenance de la villa : odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain nous obligeant à laisser la fenêtre ouverte, des chasses d’eau régulièrement défectueuses, cuvette de WC dont la fixation était cassée, un interrupteur qui tombait quand on s’en servait .
