"The best hotel breakfast and it is included in the room price. They have real bacon, breakfast sausages, almond milk, oat milk, frozen berries, cut melons, eggs. You can choose to use not plastic silverware and dishes. They have a team to monitor the breakfast area, everyone is nice. Also it is very close to pink and blue train for downtown or airport transportation. The blue train going straight to O’Hare airport. Just wish that $35 parking a day was included in room price too. Overall very positive experience!"

"No air conditioning available until April. We went during spring break and it was warmer. The room was very hot and there was not a good way to cool it. The staff was not friendly."

"No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing."

"Our stay was excellent! While we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or restaurants available to us in the hotel, we loved the clean and comfortable room, location of the hotel, the unique designs, and the friendly staff. Whenever we go back to Chicago, we will definitely stay here again!"

"EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS"

"The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs or signs of bed bugs to the point where we just checked out and did not sleep there. Granted, after leaving we didn't have any issues with any bed bugs, so I don't think that was the case but the fact that it even looked like that was enough to give us paranoia about it for days."
