"The staff was excellent, as was the breakfast and coffee bar. The rooms were not the cleanest because there were lots of marks and smudges on the door, thermostat and light switches but not terrible. The parking spaces are WAY TOO TIGHT. When parking our car evenly between the lines of the spaces we could barely squeeze out of the car. We had to back out to load and unload. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Helpful, friendly staff!"

"The best hotel breakfast and it is included in the room price. They have real bacon, breakfast sausages, almond milk, oat milk, frozen berries, cut melons, eggs. You can choose to use not plastic silverware and dishes. They have a team to monitor the breakfast area, everyone is nice. Also it is very close to pink and blue train for downtown or airport transportation. The blue train going straight to O’Hare airport. Just wish that $35 parking a day was included in room price too. Overall very positive experience!"

"The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of and need, bandaids, snacks, toiletries, washing detergent etc. The Tv is signed into the apps, and it’s just an easy breezy time. It’s located perfectly to restaurants and bakeries. I love the location and the host was very perfect! I would stay again "

"This place was perfect! Great location with easy access to bars & restaurants in Wicker Park and West Loop. Great communal space and lots of comfortable beds. We even had an unseasonably warm March weekend and could take advantage of the outdoor space. Definitely would recommend this space!"
