Was visiting for the holiday weekend and needed a last min hotel for our last night it was a good stay however the showers are really small and when we asked for a extra blanket they said they didnt have any because they were fully booked...the rooms are small also, so this would be perfect for solo traveling or a small couple.

Looks way nicer online than in reality. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. Room was a little dingy but we booked due to emergency. Location is excellent. If you’re not particular about the ambience of the room then it’s ok due to pricing.

Clean building, clean rooms, nice staff. Housekeeping replaced my towels and trash cans every day. Checked in on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday morning and had zero issues.

As a half blind guy Staff was awesome and made me feel right at home Nightlight at bedside table was perfect for me If your going to United Center This is the place for you to stay I sure will after finding this gem

I’ve stayed here a couple times for concerts; the United Center is about an 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby to get to other venues and places. This hotel (and area) always feels safe, which is very important to me as a young woman traveling alone. The front door can only be opened with a guest’s keycard, so outsiders can’t enter. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, the AC / heating unit actually works, and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Sign up as a member to avoid the early check-in fee!

The property was very clean, the staff was cool, the bed, and the room were a little small for two people. I like the fact that you needed a room key card to enter the hotel, but the breakfast was a complete let down.. overall I would recommend the room. I would actually stay again. Just please upgrade the breakfast for a better review ✌️

Room was super small and kind of outdated. Bed was super hard. The staff were friendly. Breakfast sucked but it was free. Not really within walking distance of a lot of things. They have parking with an additional charge. Air conditioning was good.

Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price.

Upon arrival the first room I was assigned had a beeping smoke detector. The second room assigned required front desk personnel to put full shoulder into opening the door for me. I was informed that “this is just the way it is in the summer when the humidity swelled the doors closed”. The reception area desperately needs a bit of updating, Removal of all old artificial arrangements for instance would help. The rooms were well kept and clean with good beds and linens. Hideous mural painted over the bed needs to be painted over.
