Shower was too hot and turning the temperature down turned the pressure down significantly so it was an awkward balance. If I had to go to Rochester again I would still stay here. Lakeside view is much better than roadside also."

"The food in the pub was excellent. You can add buffet breakfast for 10GBP/day (which is actually a good price). You can walk into downtown Maidstone in about 20 minutes, but we went next to the motorway which isnt for the "faint of heart". Im sure the facilities were great (we had a club room) unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order the days we stayed. I recommend you sign up for the rewards program and grab your free pint in the pub. "

"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."
