"House is gorgeous! Right in the heart of the island. Kitchen is amazing with Wolf Stove. Dining room table is large enough for everyone to have dinner together. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We played pool, ping pong and even air hockey. They also had a really nice set of cornhole boards/bags!"

"This house had ample space for our group of 9. The information in the listing was accurate. It was a bonus to have a 6 seater golf cart and 2 amenity cards included with the rental. The house had “adequate” cleaning done prior to our arrival as far as it looking tidy. However, some maintenance needs to be done on the wear and tear created by many people coming thru the home. Giving attention to a few things like stained cushions on the porch furniture, inside vents having rust and mildew, missing stopper in sink, cob webs on porch, very unclean grill, etc. would make for a more enjoyable stay. Small things like providing enough paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags makes a difference to me. We were only there 3 days and had to use our own supplies because there were no extras provided. These kind of things may not matter to some, but when traveling it is nice to know you don’t have to bring these things. This could be an excellent rental by replacing, fixing, or changing a few things."

"Always love staying on Fabulous Fripp! We had an amazing time. This cozy home on the marsh was perfect for the two of us. It was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed. The view was spectacular, with visits from beautiful birds, raccoons and deer! We have decided the marsh side of Fripp is our favorite. Thank you. We will be renting from these owners again."

"Tracie is the consummate host! Great communication and lots of flexibility. The unit is exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean and two porches.... One is screened in and one is open air. Everything was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Zipping around the island in the golf cart was very fun and the beaches are stunning. I went midweek and there were no crowds at all. Super relaxing stay and I highly recommend this rental!"

"The pictures don’t do this home justice! It is an absolutely wonderful space. With five moms and six children, we fit perfectly and never felt cramped.The pool was beyond amazing, and the kitchen and dining area had plenty of seating for all 11 of us, with room for even more. We had no idea there was an additional living room upstairs, so that was such a wonderful surprise and gave the kids and adults even more space to spread out.Having a washer and dryer on both floors was a total game changer, especially with six children! We also loved the blackout curtains in every room, which were perfect for our little daytime nappers. The screened-in porches and views were lovely, and the walk to the beach was incredibly short and convenient.We were truly blown away by the home and greatly appreciated the hosts’ excellent communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"
