"We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to jump our battery after we pushed them to do so. After the car started, we had no more problems the rest of our stay. We switched from valet to self parking and saved about $100. "

The building itself feels a bit dated, and while the unit was comfortable overall, it didn’t seem recently renovated and had a slight older odor. Guest shower and medicine cabinet could use some attention. We also noticed a few dead roaches upon entry, which made us a bit cautious and led us to rewash the dishes before using them. "

"What a place! It had everything we needed plus some. Very well stocked with kitchen ware, linens, cleaning supplies (soaps, dish and laundry detergent, etc), games, kid activities and more. One of our days was cold and rainy but kids stayed entertained with the pool and games. We had plenty of room to cook most of our meals at the house. Check in, check out and communication with the owner was great and super easy. Kids are ready to go back! "
