"Communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. We received several emails with information we'd need ahead of time to plan/prepare for our trip. The villa was pretty clean (a bit of sand on the floors, a few items left behind dressers, and some of the owners (we assume) items in the guest bedroom closet). The fridge was immaculate. The dishwasher had black mold inside of it. It had been run prior to our arrival, but we chose not to use it because of the mold. The villa provided plenty of space for our family of six to eat, sleep, and relax inside of. We were thankful that there was plenty of ice already made in the freezer for us to use, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils for us to use. We prepared all of our meals while there, so we appreciated being set up well for that. (My only suggestion is to have a knife that can work through a watermelon - there were plenty of serrated ones, but not a good ol' sharp guy in there.)Location of the villa is outstanding. There are four buildings, and this villa is the closest to the boardwalk. Parking was plentiful near our villa (We appreciated specific spaces for loading/unloading - awesome idea!). The storage space for the beach items was SO close to the boardwalk - prime location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in building three and the pickleball courts. The walk was fine to those, and there is a way to get to them through all the buildings."

"We had a wonderful stay. The board walk was kept up very well. There is a shuttle that runs from the condo to the beach which can be very helpful. We preferred to walk and enjoy looking at all the birds and marsh life. "

"This is Definitely the place to stay with family, with your little ones or just a getaway on your own.There is so many amenities such as pools on site that are regularly cleaned and maintained, Tennis court, the Coco Bar (which is one of our favorite places), the arcade room. The place itself, rooms, bathrooms and living room are great and comfortable. Surprisingly very quiet. We didn’t really hear any noises around us or outside while we were there, even in Memorial Day weekend.The storage locker for all the beach needs was very convenient. We are hoping to come back very soon and stay here again. Thank you once again for everything and for having everything so clean and conveniently located. Roku TVs made it easy and perfect for our whole family. "
