"Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo with proximity to the water that can’t be beat! We especially appreciated all the little extras the host included that made the space feel so much more welcoming and not like a bare bones rental. The new renovations didn’t sterilize the character but added modern touches where it counts and we felt right at home! We’ve rented many homes and condos on Fripp but our first experience staying at Newhaven was delightful and has us thinking about purchasing a unit of our own! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay!!"

"The house is beautiful and at a great location. We had a great time, but were a bit disappointed about inconsistencies with the VRBO description and certain realities. It only has 2 Kings and not 3. The paddle board oars were missing or broken. A chair in one of the master bedrooms was broken and sent a person tumbling. Nails were sticking out of the floor a bit causing an issue with one of the kids. There were no e-bikes. We were told they were broken. The host tried to work around these issues best she could and will hopefully have the listing updated to be more consistent. It was still a great time and I’m sure with a little work the house can be excellent. It’s a fabulous location and view. Feel like you’re on a ship the water is so close. It’s great for fishing."

"This is by far the best house we have ever stayed in at Fripp. We have been coming for 7 summers and it’s the first time we’ve said- we have to stay here again! The wildlife was incredible!! We saw 4 alligators one morning! The herons and egrets were so active in the morning! The neighborhood is amazing- very safe and quiet. We met a few neighbors at the pool and they were knowledgeable and kind! The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable! The property manager/owner was so responsive and kind with any questions. The golf cart was fast! The neighborhood pool is fantastic- this is the first year we havnt even used the amenity cards! We honestly won’t get them next year if we stay here again! This house is amazing and we’ll def try to book it next summer!"

"Beach front condo! It was great. We saw dolphins every day. The price was great for us to get away to the beach and see family at the same time. The owner was great with communication, even going so far as to text additional pictures."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kim's beach house on Fripp Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Kim was an excellent host, she was quick to respond, communicated clearly throughout our stay, and addressed the issues that came up promptly and professionally. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Fripp Island!"

"This a great house that is perfect for a big family! In our case, a Family Reunion - for which it is perfect! It's a duplex - or I should say, it's mirrored. So, two kitchens that back up to each other, then the house extends out from there, the same on each side. Big dining area with long tables for LOTS of people. Lots of bedrooms, too, so smaller family units get there own area.The only reason I don't give this home 5 stars is because there was confusion about amenity cards. In fact, VRBO's request to me to do a survey had this directly on that request:"Views.. Views.. Views! Sleeps 21! 8 Bedrooms plus Amenity Cards!"Amenity cards are NOT INCLUDED. And, I don't know how this can be misconstrued. "Plus Amenity Cards!" (that includes the !) means, to me, amenity cards included. If you have 20 people, and you want amenity cards for a week per person, budget for that!"
