"Clean room, lovely property with the essentials, live music, fire pits and the ocean. Was however expecting a microwave and really pissed that there was no cable tv. Absolutely nothing to watch on the channels. That felt like being cheated, but overall lovely property... would go again. "

"Great location to Harbor Town, golf and beach club! Convenient to supermarkets, etc as well. Great view of the first fairway of Harbor Town golf club, but you do hear the course blowers and lawn mowers almost every morning starting between 6:30-7 am for maybe an hour. Other than that it is lovely."

The carpets had not been vacuumed, there was a layer of dust over everything, and the vents were caked in grime and dust. We used a wet rag to wipe off the kitchen table and it looked like mud. The walls are covered in handprints and other markings. The floors and doorways are uneven due to house settling or poor construction. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The trash was never picked up. The owners do not appear to care about this rental."

"This house was perfect for our two families to stay! The house was very clean, the space was perfect, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make and serve homemade meals. The best part of the house was the pool! Our kids spent the morning until night swimming and hanging out around the pool! We loved the location of the home. It was on a quiet street, but so close to the beach! We biked to the beach daily. Great house and location!! "

"First, the location in Sea Pines is even better than what we wanted… it’s truly within a short walking / bike riding distance to everything Harbourtown…Shops, golf, boat rides and restaurants. Wonderful. Second, we were blown away with how peaceful and beautiful the setting is. What a cool tree-house home! Thank you, again, for sharing your piece of paradise with us. 10 out of 10! "

"We had a great time. We loved that it was pet friendly and kid friendly. It would have been nice to have a bigger space for the bunk bed rooms, but we made do! We liked how quiet the master bedroom was away from the kitchen. We had a lot of pollen when we went so we didn't sit on the porch much but the screened doors were great. Lots of storage space and loved having the washer and dryer. We were there for 5 days and we brought extra trashbags, soap and papertowels. Would stay here again, but our kids are getting a little bigger so we need a full 2nd bedroom and bath if possible. thank you!"
