"Exceptional, spacious house that perfectly accomodates our large group! Cocktail pool is a fantastic addition. We have spent 26 summers at Fripp with family and friends, and the years here have been wonderful!"

"The house is beautiful and at a great location. We had a great time, but were a bit disappointed about inconsistencies with the VRBO description and certain realities. It only has 2 Kings and not 3. The paddle board oars were missing or broken. A chair in one of the master bedrooms was broken and sent a person tumbling. Nails were sticking out of the floor a bit causing an issue with one of the kids. There were no e-bikes. We were told they were broken. The host tried to work around these issues best she could and will hopefully have the listing updated to be more consistent. It was still a great time and I’m sure with a little work the house can be excellent. It’s a fabulous location and view. Feel like you’re on a ship the water is so close. It’s great for fishing."

"This is by far the best house we have ever stayed in at Fripp. We have been coming for 7 summers and it’s the first time we’ve said- we have to stay here again! The wildlife was incredible!! We saw 4 alligators one morning! The herons and egrets were so active in the morning! The neighborhood is amazing- very safe and quiet. We met a few neighbors at the pool and they were knowledgeable and kind! The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable! The property manager/owner was so responsive and kind with any questions. The golf cart was fast! The neighborhood pool is fantastic- this is the first year we havnt even used the amenity cards! We honestly won’t get them next year if we stay here again! This house is amazing and we’ll def try to book it next summer!"

"Excellent communication! Very prompt in responding! The home is perfect for a family vacation. It is a single story (you have to walk up a flight of stairs) and all of the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. There are 2 walk in showers, which are great for the elderly. My 81 year old father had such an easy time showering. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well furnished, including coffee filters! The furniture was all very comfortable and the shower pressure was so perfect! We would definitely rent again."

"Villa was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated! This was our first trip to Fripp Island, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The communication from Libby was outstanding! We have stayed in many places over the years and this will be one of our favorites! We cannot wait to come back!"
