"Upon arrival the room and property looked nice. The room was fine except the knob was missing on the bathroom exhaust fan and I asked for that to be fixed. I was told several times they would take care of it but they never did. The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we stayed so we ran out of towels. They were unable to clean it late in the afternoon because the staff had left. I think the problems might get straightened out once they get enough staff but they told me the general manager was cleaning rooms since they were understaffed. The front desk also informed me that the exhaust fans no longer work in rooms but that the maintenance staff was so new they didn't know that. If customers are told what to expect they feel better and we were not. Maintenance promised to look at the exhaust several times but didn't. I didn't get a call back from the manager as I requested. But it wasn't a bad room or property and the front desk is trying their best."
