Hot tub was not hot. The first couple days I stayed there.The door did not lock.So was when I came back. Maintenance man admitted while I was in the hot tub that he bases dog in the same hot tub before he drains it. Food variety needs more hot items. Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
I marked good instead of excellent because the pool and hot tub area were closed to due to construction. This is the reason we booked this room and nothing about this online while booking. Had we known, we would have booked somewhere else. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.
