"The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"Essentially down the street from Keystone and Breckenridge. Shuttle too far away, but that was okay. Driveway was cleared for our arrival. Didn't have the opportunity to use the hot tub or grill, but nice-to-have's. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and clean-up. Gas fireplace/stove really kept the living/kitchen space warm. "We had our group of old college friends stay and it was a perfect spot. The easy access to the hot tub and steam room as well as the cleanliness of the place was amazing. Was a fun walk down towards keystone to get dinner and drinks as well. Highly recommend!"

"Only negative comment is that the driveway/garage setup is not very convenient if you have multiple vehicles coming and going at different times. There was an issue with the sump pump alarm one night, but it seemed to resolve itself. Had a great stay overall."

I would encourage you all to get the water pressure issue fixed soon. It was difficult for a large group to manage. Only one water source can be used at a time. "Went with a group of 8 to Mike and Chris's place in Keystone in May 2024. We all fit very comfortably in the house, and had a great time. The downstairs foosball and pool offered some fun activities, and the kitchen is set up well for a large group to hang out and eat together. The star of the show is the hot tub - great view, great place to hang out! Thanks to Mike and Chris!"

"My family and friends loved this property. We had 9 total people and had plenty of space. The two master suites were a real benefit. The location worked out very nice as it was just a few minute drive to shops and restaurants in Dillon and also just a short drive to Keystone and A-Basin. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the owners were very responsive to our texts. Definitely recommend this property."
