"The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay."

"Outstanding stay in historic home in keystone with beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We were given a tour when we arrived and offered use of a gorgeous fireplace (ready to light) and sitting room, but we decided to take a walk and sit on patio overlooking pond instead. We saw a moose, beaver, wonderful birds including hummingbirds. And breakfast was wonderful—great coffee, lovely menu, a wonderful fresh fruit salad, eggs made to order (great omelet option), bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast…such a treat. A hidden gem."

"The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings"

"Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities. The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating. I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "

"Although short, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it was well supplied for cooking if we needed it. My wife was so impressed with the designer chef stove! The condo was very relaxing and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The location was stunning and we enjoyed walking on the paths to the lift and watching the mountain bikers. The jacuzzi and pool were great & pretty private due to the off season visit. Such a relaxing few days in the mountains."
