"The room was clean but had a weird smell. The hot tub was dirty, someone else's hair floating around kept sticking to me. There were no towels in the pool area, even after I went out and asked for some. The breakfastt room was over 80 degrees, too hot and stuffy. "

"The main issue that never got fixed was the toliet leaking from the top every time we flushed it. It was told to staff right away at about 6pm on a Sunday, we were told there is nothing they can do about it because maintenance doesn't work weekends which I find unacceptable for a place like this. They didn't even offer to have us change rooms, just, nothing can be done. We had to put towels everywhere. Totally unacceptable, I know the place wasn't fully booked because when we checked in the lady gave us options of which floor we wanted to stay on which meant there were other rooms available. I will never stay here again!"

"I just stayed at The Graduate and had a lovely experience. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. I loved the drive in/out parking situation. You pay to park for your stay and you just drive in and out of the underground parking lot, which I loved. I would definitely stay here again."
