We always enjoy the Holiday Inn in Springfield. It’s always very clean and cared for. Good breakfast. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough luggage carts and no in room coffee makers. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed one night. Arrived late and left early so only got to eat breakfast & then checked out. Tim @ check in was nice & apologized for not having my requested room preferences. Room was clean.
