"Water's Edge is a diamond in Folly with a fulsome breakfast. It's only a few blocks walk to the beach but also hidden on a side street away from traffic. I loved this place, especially my Atlantic room that had a jacuzzi tub and a view from the balcony of marshes. I slept like a baby and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. It's a classic B and B in every way. You can't beat it in Folly."

"This was such a great place to stay for the weekend while my friend and I were in town for an event. Location is great bc it's so close to Walmart, CFA, etc. Place was clean, smelled nice, bathroom was stocked with products (we brought our own but still nice to have), extra blankets which were definitely appreciated. The host was responsive when I messaged, was proactive with sending rental info, AND had a "menu" for rental rules, wifi codes and all the things. Great choice for our quick turnaround trip and we would totally stay here again. Thanks James!"
