"As the self-appointed Chlorox Wipe Queen, I (Mrs. Eric) declare that I found my wipes just as white after I used them in our 4th floor room as they were when I plucked them from the packaging. As this is an older coastal property, I expect a bit of moisture-related yuck, but there was none to find. Clean as a whistle! Also, the staff has been historically very pleasant. "I had such a great stay in this charming Airstream on James Island! Sarah was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail of the experience.I was in the area visiting family, and this ended up being the perfect little retreat. It truly felt like a peaceful escape, not like you’re right in the middle of a busy Charleston area, thanks to the beautiful, natural surroundings.I especially loved the campfire and hot tub—both were such a relaxing bonus at the end of the day. The kayaks are an awesome touch as well, even though we didn’t get a chance to use them this time.One of my favorite parts was just sitting with my coffee in the morning, watching the geese glide by on the water. It was quiet, scenic, and exactly what I needed.Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something unique, cozy, and just a little removed from the hustle while still being close to everything."

"The cottage was in a safe, pleasant community with its on private gravel dive. The cottage was spacious and offered a large cooking area with a dining area and comfortable living room. We found the cottage a great place to work out of and to sleep and relax. The king size bed was comfortable. The owner checked in with us with directions for entry and was open to communication regarding any of our needs. We highly recommend this rental. "

"There were absolutely no spices/condiments or anything to use for seasoning so we had to buy everything. There was one pot with no lid.. Whoever took the pictures online needs an award!! Every time we left the house for extended periods of time we would come back in the house temp would be changed and warm in there.. Neither one of us were informed until the 3/4 of the way through our trip that owner is on the premises. We all felt this should’ve been disclosed several times during check-in.I guess we missed it in the listing. "
