"Lovely hotel, great breakfast. Very nice staff. We stayed 3 nights. Had to ask at reception four times to get our room cleaned, it was finally done late in the day on our second day even though we vacated the room for most of the days and left the sign out asking for our room to be cleaned. Also sliding bathroom door very noisy. No way to open it at night without waking up others."

"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Room was clean. Smaller than expected. Bathroom was also very small. Construction was loud. Pool was very nice and warm. Fitness room well maintained. The construction on the patio will be lovely when done. No hot tub on site at this time. "

"Be prepared for noise at night with the pub on one side and a frat house on the other. We were on the fourth floor and our room was nice. Note that there is no elevator. The desk people were very friendly and helpful."
