"Room was clean for the most part. Our sheets were kinda gritty tho like leftover sand or something. The people in the front desk placed my cousin in a unfinished room as well..but he got moved thanks to maintenance/housekeeping man standing on business! "

"It took the tub water 5 minutes to get hot, the heater in the room worked when it wanted to, we had no wifi service in our 3rd floor room, the heater in the pool was not working or maybe not turned on, this place used to be my go to spot for a majority of my visits to PC, but I will not be back to this establishment. My children were very disappointed also."

"Beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. There was loud music playing at the pool throughout the day, which made it difficult to take a nap. However, the view was worth it. And it was very quiet and peaceful at night. "

"So disappointed. Literally chasing around staff trying to get the room cleaned, towels, blankets and sheets. We have been staying here for over 10 years and this is the first time that I felt unsafe. Yelling and screaming right outside my door at all hours of the night. I absolutely never slept more than three hours the whole time we were there.Our room and outside smelled of marijuana the whole time we were there. The only staff that were friendly was the guys doing the maintenance out at the pool. The whole place needs to be remodeled. Especially the carpet in the rooms our feet stay black from just walking around in the room. It was disgusting. OK, there’s the heavy here’s the good…. The price is very reasonable, away from the crowds of PCB, the air conditioner is very cold, and a pool side bar. "

"I stayed at this hotel in 2023 when it opened. It was a very nice at the time. I had a great stay. This time, not so much. I found hair on my pillowcase and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. When the room was cleaned, only one bed was made and hand soap was still not put in the bathroom. "

"Great location across from the beautiful beach and shopping/restaurants. Property was run-down and needed to be cleaned and updated including the rooms. Breakfast was fair. Would not stay there again."
