Relax and enjoy the lagoon pool complete with waterfalls, take a dip in the island Jacuzzi, or order your favorite drink from the poolside Tiki Bar.. Located just blocks from the beach this 1 bedroom 1bath ground floor condo features new appliances and an attractive Key West look. Screened in porch is great for listening to the nightly music from the Tiki bar. The new pull out sleeper couch can accommodate 2 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans and linens.

Purple Parrot is a gated vacation resort and is an ideal getaway for families and couples alike. The many near byattractions include the Pensacola Naval Museum - Home to the famous Blue Angels - the white beaches of the Gulf Island Seashore and the legendary Flora-Bama.

Conveniently located between Pensacola. Florida and Gulf Shores Alabama there are many wonderful restaurants to enjoy including Mcguires Irish Pub in Pensacola and Lulu's in Gulf Shores.

In addition to deep sea fishing excursions, waterpark, and boating the opening of OWA gives guests an opportunity to enjoy a day of roller coasters and other amusement rides.

Great spot for a couple. Owner did a great job with communication and hospitality! We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful community pool too. Only complaint was someone was smoking weed at the pool so we had to smell that while chilling in the hot tub. Seems to be everywhere these days.

Love this place!

This is our second time staying at rum punch. The place is very clean and just perfect for a getaway. I love the tiki bar and the live music that’s just steps from the condo. Johnson’s Beach is also just right around the corner.. This is our favorite vacation spot

Piece of paradise!

Best stay ever! Bed was super comfortable, place was spotless and had everything I needed. I loved the fireplace! The proximity of the unit to the amenities was perfect and the Tiki bar had great food and fun. This is the ONLY place I will stay should I come back to Perdido key.

We loved the condo nice and clean.Great location enjoyed the live music.The only issue we had was condo above us had a lot of guest and we could not park in front of our condo.

The unit is adorable and inviting immediately upon entering. I found the "compound" equally charming (more than I had suspected, as we had passed it on Perdido Key 2 weeks prior). Great location and comfy base of operations for getting to know Perdido Key.

The Rum Punch 10/10!

The home was incredibly clean & decorated nicely! Perfect size for our family of 4. Everything you need is here, even beach chairs & wagon, blender for a frozen concoction, Keurig, washer/dryer etc.! The hosts put a lot of care into making their place feel like home for their guests. Condo is only steps away from both the indoor & outdoor pools at the resort, which is located central to everything you could need. Less than 5 minutes drive to beach access. John & Barbie are excellent hosts and we can’t wait to stay again!

Little Piece of Paradise!!

My family of four loved this condo at the Purple Parrot Resort! It has everything you need and more! It is well equipped with everything you need for a successful day at the beach ,chairs, umbrellas, cart, sand table, even sand toys! The condo is VERY clean and decorated nicely. My girls loved the huge pool. Johnson beach is a must, it not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

The property is so cute. It has a Key West vibe. The condo is located directly behind the Tiki Bar, grill and pool access. The condo is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could need or want. It was so clean, cozy and smelled amazing. The checkin and out process was so easy. John and Barbie provide awesome communication from start to finish! All of expectations were exceeded! Can’t wait to return! Definitely 10/10!

A hidden slice of paradise

John and Barbara were outstanding hosts!!! There was a glitch at the beginning on VRBO's end. John and Barbara went above and beyond to assure me that everything was still reserved and ready!! They even offered extra incentives even when it wasn't their fault at all! Their condo was perfect for our weeekend getaway to see a concert! The purple parrot tiki bar was a super awesome environment and Breezy and Justin were amazing at the bar! Bingo on Friday was a blast!! Fantastic resort and experience. We will most definitely be back in the future!!! I would give 10 stars if it let me! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!!

The hosts were amazing. The condo is beautiful, clean, and they go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. There are plenty of towels, sheets, laundry detergent, and dishes. They even have beach chairs you can use and left some treats in white chocolate and wine. It was extremely hot during our stay in August and the condo's AC works so well. The smell of the condo is also amazing. The Purple Parrot resort is also pretty cool. It is gated and feels extremely safe, even with little kids. The outdoor pool area is very nice and relaxing. The pool area is a very short walk, their condo has a great location. The tiki bar and grille is a neat touch. They have live music most nights. The Perdido Key area is amazing with so many options for beaches and restaurants. It's hard to beat this area and these hosts. We would definitely stay again and plan to in the future!

Our stay here was great. This rental had everything we needed and then some. All of the extras that were provided were so thoughtful. The space was very clean, and we appreciated being close to the indoor and outdoors pools. The owners were very communicative. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
