"the guy at the desk screen was very polite and entertaining, staff was not the issue. once my gf and i got into the room, that’s when the horrible experience started. the bathroom was disgusting with dirt everywhere and brown stains on the towels, there were spots and questionable stains on the bedsheets, there was a giant puddle of water all throughout the fridge and it smelled sour, and the ceiling was leaking onto the bed."

"Check in staff was excellent. Building looks great on the outside and very good on the inside, but it is at least a 19 year old building that has just been refurbished. Don't get me wrong, it was very nice, but not new. It was on the high end for price as well, but I was tired and it was late."

"TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid for."

"the room is desperately in need of updating. No Kleenex, everything is old and outdated. Tub dripped all night, could not believe it was a Wyndham place so horrible."

"The toilet has been leaking for so long that the vinyl floor pushed water up through with every step. Had to leave our shoes on the whole time. The floor was filthy. The grounds were covered in dog poop. Even though they allow pets they should be requiring guest to clean up after their pets. "
