"I couldn't have asked for a better check in or more gracious hosts/staff. They were kind, flexible, and professional. The hotel had easy parking, it was safe and secure, they have a beautiful back patio with a garden and green space, and the room was HUGE. It was clean, quiet and a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a whole street full of culture. The continental breakfast puts US continental breakfasts to shame. So tasty! I'm so glad I found this gem!"

"Fantastic place to stay in the city while being away from the hustle and noise of London. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, situated in a nice residential area, the guest house provided great beds and personal service as well as being flexible on our early arrival. We walked with our suitcases from a nearby tube stop which allowed easy access from the Waterloo station. I highly recommend this lovely place. "

"A beautiful home in a lovely area. Very close to transportation links (the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away), and plenty of dining options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. I really like the amount of healthy breakfast options provided by the owner. Highly recommend!"

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"What can I say, 5 stars just isn't enough! Usha and Chris were wonderful hosts. I was traveliing with my son and they made him feel relaxed, he would normally struggle staying anywhere but home. We arrived early and was offered our bags to be taken in. Usha even helped me park the car! We were advised where the tube was located. On the jubilee line - 30 mins to London. "One night stay at the property before our flight from Heathrow Airport, lovely place and facilities for what our family of 4 needed. Food at the restaurant was outstanding especially the Sunday roast definitely recommend the property and restaurant and would use the property in the future as Heathrow Airport was close by and easy to access. "

"We hadn’t anticipated sharing this space with other people as it does state on the details that ‘you will only share the apartment with others from your party’. Fortunately all other guests were very respectful of space. Continental breakfast options were interesting but it wasn’t clear what was definitely for our use and what belonged to others. "Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

"This amazing canal boat was the highlight of our trip to England! We were amazed at how nice and clean it was. Dinner at the pub nearby was excellent and morning coffee on the deck was a truly wonderful experience. Enjoying canal life for a day was a pleasure, we will definitely stay again on our next trip."
