"We enjoyed our stay. It was eady to find, close to downtown, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we neded, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We would be very happy to stay there again."

"The reception staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for the local are. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "
