"The front desk staff was terrific; very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. This is an older property, but well-maintained and comfortable. It is located close to O'Hare and has a nice shuttle service. I will stay here again when I return to Chicago."

"Room was clean and they came in the next day to clean it again. All staff was courteous, including concierge, bell hop, and valet personnel. They upgraded our room for free. Beautiful view of the river. Valet Parking is expensive, $78/night. Although, all parking downtown in Chicago is expensive. Self parking would have been $58 dollars but it was full. "
