"Cute hotel in a quiet and pretty area of town, but still walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. They only do valet though, so bring cash for a tip. The interior had a cozy design with a cute sitting room with coffee and tea. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, which was difficult for me because I need it first thing in the morning. But for people not self conscious about going down to the lobby for coffee before showering/makeup, the setup is great and they have lots of creamer/sweetener options available. The room was on the smaller side but plenty big for me and my husband. The bed was comfortable and there were snacks/drinks stocked for purchase. Both staff members we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing."

"The ease of access - key code for both front door and room was excellent. This is an old house so expect some quirks! It was just my husband and I so sharing the one bathroom was no big deal. The breakfast was great - tons of variety and plentiful."

"This was a nicely kept, recently renovated room and bathroom. However it was small with limited space to hang or unpack clothing. There were limited amenities, no Kleenex, for example, and there was not even a chair to sit on, just the bed. It had a very nice, clean, newly renovated kitchen where you could make coffee or cook if you wanted. It was in a great location with easy access to Wrigley Field and many restaurant choices. If I were only staying one or two nights, it would have been perfect. For a longer stay, it was a bit limited. Communication with the owners was easy, and the electronic access was very convenient."
