"We had a great experience here and we WILL be returning. From check in to the stay itself, everything was top notch, most notably the staff. My father and I were in chicago for one night to attend an event and this hotel was the highlight of our visit. We got a penthouse room and were able to check in early so we could unload our luggage and get organized. I don’t have the cards with the employees names on me but the valet, desk attendant, and nice gentleman that helped us with our bags went above and beyond to accommodate us. What an absolutely wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come stay again. Thank you everyone that attended to us here, you made our stay memorable and seamless."
