"I checked in, and only after that the staff informed me that there would be no water supply from 9 AM to 2 PM the next day due to maintenance. This information should have been shared by email before my booking date so I could decide properly. I had a flight the next day, and without water it was very difficult to manage basic things like brushing and taking a shower. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. Poor communication and bad customer service.”"

"We found out on day 2 that our door does not lock and is not up to code. You can open the door without a key! The inside door block does not work because the door does not line up to the frame. There is dried blood on the edge of the tub and under the toilet. Management not available and you’re told to send videos of the concerns to an email (Chiskfrontdesk@lakhanihospitality.com). No response. I have the videos."

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"
