"This was a great home base for my visit to Chicago with my daughter. Super close to great restaurants and shops on Clark Street and easy walk to the CTA (about 10 minutes) or the lake (about 15 minutes). The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again. "

"We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Brian was helpful when I arrived and had trouble with the door. The location is fantastic, a short walk to Wrigley Field and, if you're up for it, a longer walk to the lakefront down Addison. In the opposite direction and steps away, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a historic fine arts theater and shopping on Southport. Uncommon Ground on Clark Street has excellent food and drinks, kind servers and friendly patrons. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if you need them. We didn't use the coffee maker or teapot, but if you plan to do so, you might want to bring your own bottled water. "

"This place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for the birth of our grandchild and needed a place to stay for a few days. The building was very quiet, and with the hours we were there, we rarely saw any of the neighbors. The unit had everything we needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. The host always answered any of our questions in a very fast manner. I believe this is one of the best deals in Chicago!!"
